SSASSY STORE RETURNS INFORMATION:

You are able to return any SSASSY Store jewellery to us within 14 days of your original purchase date. We accept returns on any items that are in good sellable condition.

*You are able to return any unwanted jewellery for a full refund / exchange on all full price items (excluding made to order – personalised jewellery).

For returns on any sale items, you are able to return any unwanted jewellery for an exchange in the value of the item returned.

For Made to order items, we are unfortunately unable to return / accept refunds on any made to order items. Once an order is processed. We are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges. You are also unable to return personalised items (as they are made to order for you).

Please note that we are unable to accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene purposes.

Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed.

For ‘Made to order’ items note that the processing time for your order can be up to 2 weeks (Business days). After this your items will be dispatched, and you will receive your dispatch email within this time period.

SHIPPING TO THE EU UPDATE

From the 1st of July 2021 VAT must be paid on all orders sent to the EU from the UK. Upon the arrival of your SSASSY packages, you will be required to pay VAT (customs fee & clearance fee) to receive your goods. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay this charge. Under any circumstances where the customer refuses to accept these charges and the parcel is returned, SSASSY Store will not be able to offer a refund. COVID-19 UPDATE:

Due to COVID-19 delivery times are more likely to be affected worldwide. Please take this into consideration before purchasing from SSASSY STORE.

We Now offer KLARNA (Buy now, pay later) payments in the checkout. To qualify for KLARNA payments (Split into 3 – no interest), your cart minimum spend must be £35.00 or above!
